Is it permissible for a couple who have given birth to a child to donate their child to another immediately after its birth, or is it religiously permissible to transfer a fully developed fetus from its natural mother's womb and implant it in another woman's womb?

It is not permissible to gift a fetus because it is not owned, and because lineage is a right of the child, and the parents must bear his expenses. As for placing the child with those who are deprived of procreation, there is no objection to it if the child retains his lineage and rights and returns to his parents, although it is better not to do so. Children are a blessing from Allah, and a Muslim must be content and submit to Allah's decree.
