Is working in law firms forbidden by Sharia, given the availability of an alternative in engineering offices with the same income?

Working as a lawyer or secretary is permissible in principle, but it becomes forbidden depending on the circumstances. If something is forbidden, then assisting in it also becomes forbidden, based on Allah's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." (5:2) Anyone who participates in acquitting a criminal or convicting an innocent person bears sin to the extent of their action, based on Allah's saying: "And do not be an advocate for the deceitful." (4:105) If the work is forbidden, it must be abandoned immediately and a permissible job sought, such as working in engineering offices to design permissible things, avoiding forbidden ones like churches and places of entertainment.
