What is the ruling on a woman who is forced to abort her fetus?

Aborting a fetus is forbidden, especially after the soul has been breathed into it, due to the Almighty’s saying: (And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden, except by right). Abortion is permissible in cases of extreme necessity if the fetus's continued presence threatens the mother's life, based on a reliable medical report, for "necessities permit the forbidden." However, abortion due to coercion from the husband or family remains forbidden, and one must repent to Allah the Almighty.
