Is it permissible for a girl infected with inactive Hepatitis B to not disclose her illness to a suitor and allow him to discover it during the pre-marital medical examination?

The suitor must be informed about the existence of a contagious or repulsive disease during the engagement, even if it leads to his rejection, because concealment is forbidden deception. Medical examinations might not reveal the disease despite its presence. The sick person should turn to Allah with supplication, strive to seek healing, and take the necessary means, for Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has sent down a cure for it. Piety towards Allah is the best means to achieve goals and a way out of distress.
