Is a son sinful if his father deposits a sum of money for him in an interest-bearing bank, given the son's inability to withdraw this money?

It is forbidden to consume usury due to the verses and hadiths that indicate its heinousness and evil consequences. It is not permissible to eat from the usurious wealth of the father except for one who is in dire necessity, to the extent of that necessity, while striving to find another way to earn a livelihood. The gifted money from the father must be withdrawn from usurious banks, and any usury generated from it must be disposed of by spending it in charitable ways.
