What is the ruling on irrigating crops, especially vegetables, with impure sewage water containing germs, and what is the ruling on selling these products?

There is no Shar'i impediment, according to the Malikis, to watering fruitful plants and trees with impure water, for the fruit and vegetables are pure, as is impure wheat—if sown and grown, it becomes pure—provided that no harm results from its use.
