When does my mother's iddah expire, and is it on the 2nd or 3rd of Safar, knowing that the month of Ramadan was not complete?

The waiting period (iddah) for a widow, if she is pregnant, ends with the delivery of her child. If she is not pregnant, her waiting period is four months and ten days. The waiting period begins from the time of death and is calculated by lunar months, with the month of death being completed to thirty days if the death occurred within it. So, if the husband dies on the 22nd of Ramadan, the waiting period ends on the 3rd of Safar of the following year, at the exact hour he passed away.
