If your male cousin was nursed by you, or by your mother, or by one of your grandmothers, with a legally recognized suckling, then it is not permissible for him to marry you. Similarly, if you were nursed by his mother or by one of his grandmothers [with legally recognized suckling, then he cannot marry you]. As for his brother or brothers being nursed by the grandmother, or some of his maternal uncles being nursed by their mother, this does not make him unlawful for you.
