Is one who says to a disbeliever, out of courtesy, "I love you" or "You are my friend," or honors him by standing up for him, or describes him as great, a legend, or wonderful, considered a disbeliever?

"Whoever does any of the things mentioned does not commit an act of disbelief unless he loves the disbeliever for his disbelief, or honors him, or praises him for his disbelief; in which case, he commits an act of disbelief. However, if his love for him is for a worldly benefit, or out of courtesy, or honoring his authority, or praising his worldly excellence, then it does not constitute an act of disbelief."
