Does a woman's travel for the purpose of marriage fall under the Hadith: "So whoever's emigration was for worldly gain or a woman he would marry, then his emigration is for that for which he emigrated," or does this apply only to men?

There is no blame upon a man or a woman for traveling for the purpose of marriage, as it is among the permissible matters, and it may be an act of worship for which one is rewarded if the intention behind it is to protect oneself or others from sin. This travel has no relation to the Hadith that warns against someone performing an act of worship, like emigration (Hijrah), for a worldly matter, for such a person is blameworthy; because that applies specifically to those who outwardly show something different from what they inwardly conceal, and it is general for both men and women.
