Does sin befall one who dislikes the institution of enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and its function, despite his attempt to resist these thoughts?

You must also turn away from disliking the people of the Hisbah (those who enforce Islamic morality), for as long as the whisper has not been acted upon or spoken, Allah has overlooked it. We advise you to fill your time with acts of obedience, such as memorizing the Qur'an and understanding its meanings, reading books of Hadith, Sirah (Prophet's biography), inspiring stories, tales of the predecessors, and stories of penitents, and accompanying righteous sisters.
