It is permissible to establish a papyrus paper industry, as long as its predominant purpose is not to reproduce Pharaonic engravings and drawings. This is because these artifacts are glorified by foreigners to revive ancient pagan practices and to strip generations away from their religion. Scholars have disliked benefiting from the relics of those who denied the prophets and perished. If the engravings include images of living beings, they are forbidden according to the majority of scholars. As for transferring money via Visa card, there is no objection to it.
