What is prohibited by fosterage, and is it unlawful for a sister who breastfed with her paternal cousin more than five satiating times from his brother to marry him, given that she has borne him two children?

The prohibitive amount of suckling is five or more distinct sucklings, as reported by Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her. Based on this, if a sister suckles five times with her male cousin, she becomes his suckling sister. This suckling does not prohibit her to her male cousin's brothers who did not suckle with her; thus, it is permissible for her to marry them, provided they did not suckle from the same wet nurse. And her marriage to her male cousin with whom she did not suckle is valid, and there is no doubt concerning it.
