ما حكم زواج رجل متزوج من امرأة أخرى مع رفض أمه لذلك، ولماذا؟

It is permissible for a woman to marry a married man if he is religiously and morally pleasing, regardless of whether his family approves or not. As for the man, he is not obligated to obey his mother in refraining from marriage if he is in need of it and would be harmed by its abandonment, or if she prevents him without a valid reason. He may marry without her knowledge, while still being obliged to honor her and treat her kindly. It is advisable to consult wise individuals and perform Istikhara (prayer for guidance) before proceeding with the matter.
