Is it permissible to write an untrue value for a car to reduce the amount of insurance imposed by coercion?

After discussing with Sheikh Al-Uthaymeen, it became clear that insuring the car's value at the time of the contract, and a person's action that involves lying to rid oneself of the injustice of being coerced into forbidden insurance, if it does not harm oneself or the reputation of Muslims, then there is no harm in doing it out of necessity.
