What is the ruling on money earned from paid-to-click (PTC) websites, and is it permissible to withdraw the money earned from them and cease using them?

There have been previous fatwas regarding the ruling on profit-generating websites and subscribing to them. It is permissible to reclaim money paid for subscribing to these advertisements. However, if nothing was paid, then you have no right to anything. You must repent and immediately cease dealing with them.
