Is it permissible to spend, give charity, and perform Hajj on behalf of my mother from the blood money taken from the one who caused her death, and is it valid to visit graves on Eid days and Fridays, and do the souls of the deceased return on these days?

The blood money (Diyah) is taken from the deceased woman's estate and belongs to her heirs, each according to their share, after settling debts and executing bequests. An heir is permitted to dispose of their share by giving it as charity or performing Hajj on behalf of their mother. However, the shares of the remaining heirs may not be disposed of except with their permission. Visiting graves is permissible on all days and is not restricted to Friday or Eid. Its purpose is to reflect, remember death, and supplicate for the deceased. There is no proof that the souls of the dead return on Fridays or Eid.
