What is the ruling of Islamic law concerning a husband who wishes to divorce his wife after she fell ill and miscarried, knowing that she requires three years for a full recovery?

We advise your husband not to hasten in divorcing you, but to be patient with your illness and to be a support for you until you recover. You can suggest to him that he keep you as his wife and marry another woman to take care of his affairs. If he does not respond and insists on divorce, then submit your matter to Allah and be patient, for every decree Allah ordains is good. Your husband divorcing you in this situation is not considered an injustice.
