Is it obligatory to re-fast two days of Ramadan's make-up fasts if the intention was tainted by doubt and obsessive-compulsive disorder? And do white discharges, or white discharges mixed with a little yellowness at the end of menstruation, indicate the purity that permits fasting?

The fasting of a woman experiencing istihadah (definition) (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) is valid as long as she has purified herself and intended to fast from the night. She should not pay attention to whispers [from Satan], as her intention was firm. The sign of purification is one of two things: dryness or the white discharge (al-qassah al-bayda’). Any yellowish discharge a woman sees after purification is not considered menstruation if it occurs outside her usual period. Dryness is confirmed by inserting a piece of cotton and it emerging clean, without any blood, yellowish discharge, or brownish discharge (kudrah) on it.
