What is required if one of the limbs of prostration is raised from the ground? And is it obligatory to return to the standing position and prostrate again with the Takbir?

In prostration (sujud (definition)), the forehead must be on the ground, but there is a difference of opinion as to whether a mere touch suffices or if firm placement is required. As for the other limbs of prostration (hands, knees, feet), their placement is commendable (mustahabb) but not obligatory according to the majority of jurists. Therefore, if the worshiper lifts any of these limbs other than the forehead, their prostration is valid, and nothing is required of them. As for the forehead, if it is lifted due to an excuse before achieving tranquility (ṭumaʾnīnah), one should return it, and nothing is held against them. If it is lifted after achieving tranquility, one should not return to prostration because the pillar has been completed.
