Is it permissible to employ a worker who plucks women's eyebrows and donate the money earned from it to attract customers and promote the salon?

Plucking eyebrows (al-Namas) is forbidden (haram), and it is not permissible for the salon owner to employ a woman to perform it, nor is it lawful to take payment for it, as it is an objectionable act (munkar). Donating the money earned from it does not make it permissible, and she will receive no reward for it, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah is good and accepts only what is good."
