Does divorce occur with the words "By Allah, you are divorced" while in a state of extreme anger and a desire to reconcile with the wife?

When a husband says to his wife: "You are divorced," it is an explicit and effective divorce. He can take her back if this divorce does not complete the three divorces. The revocation (reconciliation) can be by words or by intercourse and its مقدمات (foreplay) with the intention of reconciliation. Some scholars are of the opinion that revocation occurs by intercourse and its مقدمات (foreplay) even without the intention.

However, if this divorce completes the three divorces, then the wife becomes unlawful for her husband, and she is not permissible for him until she marries another husband willingly, and he divorces her after consummating the marriage.

Regarding anger: If the anger was light and the husband was aware of what he was saying, then the divorce is effective. But if it was severe to the point of losing consciousness, then the divorce does not occur. Some scholars are of the opinion that divorce does not occur even if the anger was not so overwhelming, but it still affected the husband's intention.
