Was the Paradise in which Adam dwelled the promised everlasting Paradise for believers, and if not, then what was that Paradise, and if it was, then how did Iblis enter it when it is forbidden to him?

Scholars have differed regarding the location of the Jannah (Paradise) where Adam and Hawwa (Eve) were. The majority of them believe it was Jannah al-Khuld (the Eternal Paradise) in the heavens, while others held that it was an earthly garden prepared by Allah for them as a trial. Ibn Kathir favored the view of the majority, based on evidence mentioned in his Tafsir and his book "Qisas al-Anbiya" (Stories of the Prophets).
