Must a woman sell her jewelry that she does not always wear, given that her mother also has jewelry, and is it permissible for parents not to spend on their children if they are registered with institutions that help those in need, and is it permissible for children to benefit from what their parents give them?

A woman is not obliged to sell her jewelry to provide for her needy parents, nor is she obliged to support them if other parties take care of that and they become self-sufficient. It is permissible for children to eat from their parents' food, based on the Almighty’s saying: "There is no blame upon you for eating from your [own] houses or the houses of your fathers or the houses of your mothers or the houses of your brothers or the houses of your sisters or the houses of your paternal uncles or the houses of your paternal aunts or the houses of your maternal uncles or the houses of your maternal aunts or [from houses] of which you have been given keys or [from the house] of your friend. There is no blame upon you whether you eat together or separately." {An-Nur:61}.
