Is using a nose clip to make it smaller considered altering God's creation?

This act is permissible as long as it does not cause harm, and it is not considered altering Allah's creation, because it is an exercise for the nose that leads to its slimming and prevents its excessive growth. It is similar to an exercise that slims the abdomen. It differs from the forbidden practice of "taflij" (filing) of teeth, which involves carving a part of them with a file.
