Does divorce occur if its words are uttered without intention or awareness, or in jest, and is one sinful for cohabiting with his wife thereafter? Is a minor liable for expiation or sin if he prays for the death of a person from a specific group, and someone from that group dies?

An explicit divorce pronounced by someone joking is effective as long as they intended to utter the word divorce, unlike someone whose tongue slipped and pronounced divorce unintentionally, for their divorce is not effective between them and Allah. Similarly, someone whose tongue ran ahead of them, swearing by divorce without intending it in their heart, their divorce is not effective upon breaking the oath, according to some scholars. As for a person supplicating for the death of some people while they were young, there is no expiation upon them.
