Is there an interpretation for the noble verse: "Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?" And does it have a relation to the scientific Big Bang theory?

The Qur’an is a book of guidance and instruction for worship, containing allusions to cosmic truths as evidence for the existence and power of Allah, such as His saying, the Most High: "Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?" (Al-Anbiya: 30). Allah directed the attention of the disbelievers to the wonders of His creation by separating the heavens from the earth after they were joined, and making water the origin of all living things. It is not permissible to interpret the Qur’an with unproven theories such as the Big Bang theory.
