If a woman dies leaving behind a mother, a father, a husband, and three daughters, then:
- The mother gets one-sixth.
- The father gets one-sixth.
- The husband gets one-fourth.
- The daughters get two-thirds.
The brothers and sisters do not inherit due to the presence of the father.
The original denominator of the inheritance is 12, but it increases to 15, and is then corrected to 45. Thus, the estate is divided into 45 shares: the mother receives 6 shares, the father receives 6 shares, the husband receives 9 shares, and each daughter receives 8 shares.
