Is it permissible for a sick woman who needs swimming as a treatment to go to swimming pools wearing the prescribed hijab?

It is not permissible for a woman to go to mixed swimming pools due to the exposure and viewing of 'awrat (private parts). It is also forbidden to look at the 'awrah of a man or a woman. The entire body of a woman is considered 'awrah, and a man's 'awrah is from the navel to the knee. The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade a woman from removing her clothes in any place other than her husband's house, and he also forbade a wife from entering public baths. However, if there are women-only pools and there is an assurance that no men will see, then a sick woman may be permitted to enter for a genuine need. It is recommended to exercise at home and to seek treatment through natural means.
