If working in the restaurant necessitates direct deception, then it is not permissible to work there, nor is it obligatory to obey one's father in this regard. However, if it is far from direct deception, then its unlawfulness is not decreed, even if it involves some doubt. In this case, obedience to one's father in it becomes obligatory.
