Is it permissible for a woman to retract her gift to her husband (debts or a present) if he uses it to marry another woman?

If a wife waives a debt owed to her by her husband, she cannot demand it back, because once a debt is dropped, it does not return. Similarly, if she gifts him a car and he takes possession of it, she is not allowed to revoke her gift according to the majority of scholars, especially if it has left his ownership through sale or otherwise.
