There are two types of accelerating :

First: Accelerating it before the wealth reaches the . This is not permissible by scholarly consensus, and whatever is paid at that time is considered a voluntary charity, not obligatory Zakat, due to the absence of the cause for obligation, which is owning the Nisab.

Second: Accelerating it after owning the Nisab but before the year (Hawl) passes. The majority of scholars permit this, and their opinion is more correct, because Zakat is a right related to wealth, so it is permissible to accelerate it. Acceleration is permissible for one year or two, but the full Zakat must be paid even if it was accelerated in the middle of the year.
