Did Moses ask his Lord for Aaron's message to be a support for him and a confirmation of his words?

Moses asked his Lord for prophethood for his brother Aaron, so that he might be a minister and helper to him in conveying the message. So Allah answered his prayer and made him a prophet. Scholars such as Ibn al-Jawzi, Ibn Kathir, and Al-Shanqeeti have clarified that this gift was a response to Moses's request and his intercession for his brother.
