Is it permissible, in Sharia, to create an account on Twitter for the purpose of publishing daily remembrances (adhkar), supplications (du'a), seeking forgiveness (istighfar), and glorification of God (tasbih), with the intention of reminding people and sharing in the reward with them?

Publishing prescribed adhkār (remembrances) and duʿāʾ (supplications) to remind people of them is a great deed, an act of drawing closer to Allah, a call to Him, and a form of cooperation in righteousness and piety. This is based on the Almighty’s saying: "And who is better in speech than one who invites to Allah?" (Qur’an 41:33), and His saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety" (Qur’an 5:2), and the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward like the rewards of those who follow him." However, one must be cautious of spreading innovative adhkār and duʿāʾ.
