What is the ruling on drawing a comparison between Muslim and non-Muslim workers, such that non-Muslims are preferred over Muslims in terms of trustworthiness, work success, and fewer demands?

Those who claim that disbelievers are more truthful and trustworthy than Muslims are not true Muslims. Disbelievers may appear truthful and trustworthy for their own interests. Only good Muslims should be recruited for work. If they do not reform after being advised, they should be sent back and replaced with others, while requiring the agent to select Muslims known for their uprightness, trustworthiness, and prayerfulness. This claim that disbelievers are better than Muslims is a deception from Satan to make Muslims prefer disbelievers over their Muslim brothers. It is a great tribulation to fault Muslims for praying and to recruit disbelievers because they do not pray.
