What is the punishment for one who breaks the covenant of Allah after taking the oath?

First: Intentionally killing a believer is one of the gravest sins. Its recompense is Hell, to abide therein eternally, along with Allah's wrath and curse, and He has prepared for him a great torment, as stated in the Quran and Sunnah. So, beware of the whisperings of Satan.

Second: The dispute over the land can be resolved in the Sharia court, which will request evidence from the claimant or an oath from the defendant. This will end the problem without the need for killing.

Third: If the problem is not resolved and you are wronged, you will receive your full right on the Day of Judgment.
