What is the ruling on migrating to Europe with money for the purpose of work?

Traveling to non-Muslim countries is not permissible except out of necessity, such as seeking knowledge not available in Muslim lands, or calling to Allah, or bringing beneficial goods to Muslim lands, or for profit without residing there. If a Muslim feels safe for himself and his family from temptations, and is able to observe the rituals of Islam, then there is no harm in his emigration with his wealth to Europe or elsewhere for work.
