Is it permissible to discuss fatwas with which the questioner is not convinced?

Discussing fatwas is permissible for students of knowledge who aim for insight, provided it is within the bounds of respect for scholars. For everyone's opinion can be taken or left, except that of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. As for discussing fatwas by those who are unqualified, or with the intention of mere desire or criticism, it is not permissible and is considered foolishness.
