Is one who disseminates religious information or Hadith on social media without verifying them sinful?

A Muslim is religiously obligated to verify and not disseminate what reaches him until he is certain of its authenticity, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight, and the heart – about all those [one] will be questioned." This is further emphasized in matters related to the Sharia, as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever narrates a Hadith from me, believing it to be false, then he is one of the two liars." Thus, not verifying before disseminating exposes a person to sin.
