Is the fiancée forbidden to her suitor if she concealed details of her past from him after he swore to her, saying: "You are forbidden to me if you are hiding anything from me"?

It is not permissible to inform the suitor about past sins, due to the Hadith (definition): "All of my Ummah are pardoned except for the Mujahireen (those who publicize their sins)." The suitor's demand to know all about the past does not necessitate obedience to him in this regard. His statement, "If you conceal anything, you are forbidden to me," does not bind him. If he intends divorce, it is not valid because she is a stranger to him. If he intends ẓihār, it is void according to some scholars.
