Must I complete the marriage to a young man with whom I had an engagement contract (Aqad Qiran), and who paid neither a dowry (muqaddam) nor a deferred dowry (mu’akhkhar), and with whom I had intercourse before the marriage; and am I considered his wife legally (shar'an)?

If penetration occurs after a contract that fulfills all conditions and before the wedding, then the woman is considered a wife. It is recommended to facilitate matters and show leniency regarding thelothing and other expenses, as marriage is built upon mercy and love.

As for the bride's trousseau (clothing), if the agreement was only to pay the dowry, then the husband is not obligated to purchase it, except for the wife's maintenance after her submission to him. However, if custom dictates that the husband is responsible for it, then he is obligated to pay for it. It is recommended for a well-off husband to pay for it, even if he is not obligated to do so.
