Is it permissible for a father to kiss his daughter after she has reached puberty?

If there is no fear of temptation (fitna), then there is no harm in a father standing up for his daughter, kissing her, and seating her in his gathering, following the example of the Prophet (peace be upon him) with Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her).
