How sound is the statement that the height of the people of Paradise will be sixty cubits, like the height of Adam; their beauty like the beauty of Yusuf; their age between thirty and thirty-three, like the age of Isa; the sweetness of their voices like the voice of Dawud; their forgiveness and tolerance like the forgiveness of Yaqub; their patience like the patience of Ayyub; and their morals and customs like the morals and customs of Muhammad, peace be upon him?

The people of Paradise are characterized by physical attributes, among them: their height is sixty cubits, like Adam (peace be upon him); their bodies are hairless and smooth; their ages are between thirty and thirty-three years; their beauty is like the beauty of Yusuf (peace be upon him); and their hearts are like the heart of Ayyub (peace be upon him). These attributes have been mentioned in authentic (sahih) or good (hasan) hadiths. As for attributes such as sweetness of voice like Dawud, forgiveness like Ya'qub, and morals and customs like Muhammad (peace be upon him), there is no evidence to support them.
