Is it permissible to benefit from a special discount for an employee in a personal freight shipping company, knowing that I am not an employee of that company?

The discount granted by the shipping company to an employee of a specific company is a conditional gift. It is not permissible to benefit from it except when the condition is met, which is that the shipment must be for the employee himself, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."

However, if the shipping company permits the employee to benefit from the discount for the sake of another person, then there is no harm in utilizing this discount.
