What is the ruling on someone who joins the Imam in the second rak'ah; should he pray it like the Dhuhr prayer?

Whoever catches the second raka'ah of the Friday prayer with the Imam should add another raka'ah after the Imam's salutation, and by doing so, he will have caught the Friday prayer. As for whoever misses the first raka'ah of the Dhuhr prayer, he should complete what remains after the Imam's salutation.
