Is the phrase "I declare on my honor that all the information provided is correct," together with a signature, which appears on job application forms, considered swearing by other than Allah?

The permissible oath is by Allah or by an attribute of His, and it is not permissible by other than Him, due to the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever is to swear an oath, let him swear by Allah or keep silent." The phrase mentioned in the question, "I attest on my honor," is not a formula for an oath, but rather means to declare and make manifest a matter.
