Is it permissible to marry a girl who has repented from zina and limited her relationships to her fiancé, and is this considered repentance and chastity?

For a marriage to a Kitabiyah (a woman from the People of the Book—Jewish or Christian) to be valid, chastity is a condition. If a woman refrains from zina (unlawful sexual intercourse) and resolves not to commit it, and her conduct is good, then she is considered chaste, and it is permissible to marry her. However, if she still desires zina, this contradicts repentance and chastity, and it is not permissible to marry her unless she becomes chaste. It is advisable to sever unlawful relationships to avoid falling into zina. Although marrying chaste Kitabiyah women is permissible, marrying Muslim women is prioritized and better.
