Is it permissible to work as a pilot when there are flight attendants who do not adhere to the Islamic dress code?

Studying aeronautical science is permissible and lawful, as the Ummah needs it. However, working for airlines is forbidden due to the evils and impermissible acts they involve, such as free mixing, immodest display, and the sale of alcoholic beverages, unless there is an overwhelming necessity.
