Is expiation (kaffarah) obligatory for one who swore falsely out of fear of their mother's anger, or swore jokingly, and is expiation required for previous oaths concerning which one did not know expiation was obligatory?

Expiation is not obligatory for oaths made due to obsessive thoughts or without the intention of making an oath, because Allah Almighty says: "Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is unintentional in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for what your hearts have earned. And Allah is Forgiving and Forbearing."
