Is expiation obligatory upon one who swore an oath not to open Facebook from his device, then his brother opened it, forgetting his oath?

If you swore (that no one would open Facebook from my device) and you did not intend a specific person, then you break your oath if anyone opens the program from your device, whether they knew of your oath or not, and you are required to offer expiation for breaking an oath.
